1.2 Product interface
1. USB port: Connect one end of charging cable to the GPS tracker and the other end to computer or 5V USB charger for charging;
2. Power/SOS button: Power on/off the GPS tracker; Initiate a SOS emergency call.
3. Indicator light: Indicator light will indicate the different status of the GPS tracker, below are the details,
1.4 Warnings
1. Please check device model and accessories after received the package, if product is found cracked, deformed, or has other anomalies, please stop using it immediately and contact the seller or manufacturer.
2. Please Insert 2G SIM card into device, the device only supports Micro SIM card, which also need GSM band and GPRS enabled.
3. The device will power on and rings after pressing the power button for 3 seconds. Lights on when Press SOS button under normal working status. Lights off after two drops when battery is in low power. Please reuse after charging.
4. The device could not be turned off after power on and set the center number. If you need to turn it off, please send shutdown command via SMS command or APP.
5. Please change the SIM card only when the device is power off, otherwise SIM card may be burned.
6. Check GSM signal after turned on, please refer to indicator lights status for details.
7. Don’t disassemble or modify the product, to avoid damage to the product.
8. If the product is damaged as a result of breach of the warnings above, we will not bear any legal responsibility.nings
2.1 Install the SIM card

User can check GPS tracker remotely via android/IOS app or PC,

For Android, You can download the app from “play store” by searching “Aibeile”

7.1 Scan the QR code download software APP “AIBEILE” to cell phone client-side.

7.2 For PC

Note: the installation process prompts whether to trust this program, or whether to allow access to mobile phone location, please choose trust or allow.
7.3 Open APP client-side, choose device login in, equipment number please type device ID number on box(ten number) default passwords as 123456, Finally click login to the main menu. (advice for the first time after landing please amend and remember the passwords)

3.1 Live tracking Live tracking can not only track the position of the device, but also can track the position of smart phone, user can click “+” and “-” to zoom in and zoom out the map.
3.2 Previous track playback Previous track could find the route map for nearly three months by choosing the beginning and ending time.

3.3 Geo-fence

Click on the upper right corner “+”under main menu for setup geo-fence. Then the device will lock device’s present position as center automatically, then adjust the radius distance by “+” “” on map (default radius is 100 meters, recommended radius is 500 meters) .Save settings by clicking “Save”. The device will send message when the device is out of the range

3.4 Message All received messages of can be found in “Message”, such as emergency call, offline alarm, low power alarm, geo-fence alarm and etc.

4.1 Setup admin number

Click “admin number” and input the admin phone number. The device will send the alarm information to this number. The alarm information includes lower power alarm, Geo-fence alarm and other alarm
4.2 Setup emergency number
The emergency number should be the number for emergency calls. Two emergency numbers can be set at most. The device circularly dials SOS numbers when pressing the SOS key . It will call the second number if the first number is not connected, then cycle continually.
4.3 Setup working mode The device can setup GPS data uploading interval in working mode settings, which it is related to the standby time of battery.
1. Tracking every 60 seconds: Fast positioning mode and standby time is 36 hours.
2. Tracking every 10 minutes: Standard positioning and standby time is 72 hours.
3. Tracking every 1 hour: Power saving mode and standby time is over 120 hours.
4.4 Other settings
1. Device number User should input the phone number of SIM card in device here.
2. Remote shutdown User can remote shutdown in device setting option.
3. Device information It includes display device name, device number and duration of platform.
4.Change password User can change the password of the device for safety reason.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
